MyTow may work with towing companies, roadside-assistance businesses, vehicle-transport providers and qualified independent operators that meet applicable network requirements.
Does joining MyTow guarantee jobs?
No. Service opportunities depend on customer demand, provider eligibility, location, availability, service category and other operational factors.
Can I choose which services I provide?
Providers can indicate their supported service categories during onboarding. Availability may depend on verification, equipment and operational requirements.
Can I control when I am available?
The provider experience is designed to let partners manage operational availability according to supported platform functionality.
Do I need commercial insurance?
Insurance requirements may depend on service type, jurisdiction, provider structure and applicable partner requirements.
Can towing companies with multiple trucks apply?
Yes. Fleet-based operations can submit their business information during the application process.
Does MyTow employ partner drivers?
The legal relationship between MyTow and a provider is governed by the applicable provider or partner agreement. Partner providers are not automatically employees of MyTow.
