When towing may help
When should you request a tow?
A tow may be appropriate when the vehicle cannot safely continue or when roadside assistance alone will not resolve the situation.
Vehicle breakdown
The vehicle is not operating properly and cannot safely continue driving.
Vehicle will not start
If a battery boost or another simple roadside service is not appropriate or does not resolve the issue, towing may be required.
